Both Redemption and Bloodlines are copyright protected and my own ripper won't rip either of them; Bloodlines ripped on one of my dad's laptops with an older ripping program. Bloodlines is encrypted with SafeDisc version 3.20.022; I'm not sure about Redemption. (You can look up the security on different games here (http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/gamedb.php).)
As for ripping programs, Daemon tools' recommendations are here (http://www.daemon-help.com/copy_disc_lite/creating_disc_image_lite.html); none of the programs are free, but some have trial versions. For free software, MagicDisc (http://www.download.com/MagicDisc/3000-7970_4-10383679.html) sounds like it might work.
Your best bet is probably to look at Daemon tools own support forums for copying questions here (http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/f5/). From what I've skimmed over, Alcohol (one of the rippers recced by Daemon as linked to above) seems to be the most used.
Do you have any CD/DVD copying/burning programs installed? You could also check those to see if they have a ripping option; it probably won't matter for Bloodlines and other copy-protected games, but might work for older ones.
