Just out of curiousity, why do you have to take it twice?
I also looked at THETUXXMAN Ebay store. Their new vests are expensive for me - $60 with shipping, which is more than I've ever paid for any article of clothing or shoes - but the used vests are somewhat more reasonable (~$25 with shipping). The problem is that there are much fewer colour and size options. It would also be helpful to have your waist measurement.

All come with bow ties. I have no idea how 'fit all' vests work and I don't know how a large would fit on you (that's mostly the size they have used).
Also, if I bought one, where would you want it shipped?
I have to rewrite the written test because my license is expired. I dont mind rewritting but having to pay again is *blah*.I sent a e-mail via my cell. I didnt get to measure myself tonight.
